About Me
I write to think, so these posts are mostly for me. However, I hope they assist you in making sense of tech-related legal issues.
I've been a lawyer for fifteen years. Most recently, I've worked as in-house counsel at Grammarly, Discord, Pilot.com, and Dropbox (but all the views here are my own). Before that, I was at law firms (Kirkland & Ellis and Williams & Connolly) and clerked on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Way before that I was a software engineer at IBM.
